Bmore Sweets – Refund & Design Policy
Refund Policy
At Bmore Sweets, every dessert is made to order with great care and attention to detail. Because our products are perishable and custom-made, we maintain the following refund policy:
No Cash Refunds

We do not issue cash refunds for any orders. All confirmed and paid orders are considered final.
Store Credit Only

If an error occurs on our part (e.g., incorrect flavor, design, or size), we will gladly issue store credit equal to the value of the original order.

The issue must be reported at the time of pick-up or within 24 hours of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original condition, or clear photographic evidence must be provided.

Store credits must be used within 90 days of issuance.
Order Cancellations

Orders canceled more than 7 days in advance may receive store credit.

Orders canceled within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.
Design Disclaimer
Every cake and dessert created by Bmore Sweets is uniquely designed to reflect the vision, preferences, and personality of the individual who places the order. We take great pride in collaborating directly with our clients to craft one-of-a-kind pieces that are as meaningful as they are beautiful.
Please note: We do not replicate the work of other bakers or artists. While inspiration photos are welcome as part of your consultation, the final design will be an original interpretation inspired solely by our discussions with you and the creative direction you provide.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that design outcomes will reflect this custom, artistic process and may differ from external reference images.
