Welcome to Bmore Sweets! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, products, and services. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of Our Website

You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any fraudulent or illegal activity

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the website

  • Interfere with the proper working of the website or its functionality

2. Ordering & Payment

  • All orders must be placed through our website or authorized communication channels.

  • Orders are only confirmed once full or partial payment is received as specified during checkout.

  • Final payment is due prior to or at the time of delivery or pickup, unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Custom Orders

  • All custom orders are made based on the details provided by the customer. It is your responsibility to ensure all information, including event date, design preferences, and dietary needs, are correct.

  • Bmore Sweets will make every effort to deliver the agreed design; however, we reserve the right to make minor adjustments for quality or production reasons.

  • We do not replicate exact designs from other creators. All products are original and inspired by the client’s vision and consultation.

4. Refunds & Store Credit

  • No cash refunds are issued for any reason.

  • If a mistake occurs on our end, store credit will be issued in the amount of the original order.

  • Issues must be reported within 24 hours of pick-up or delivery and must be accompanied by photos.

5. Cancellations

  • Orders canceled more than 7 days before the event date may be eligible for store credit.

  • Orders canceled within 7 days of the event date are non-refundable and not eligible for store credit.

6. Delivery

  • Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our bakery location:

    • 1–5 miles: $25

    • 6–10 miles: $40

    • 11–15 miles: $50

    • 16–20 miles: $70

    • 21–30 miles: $100

    • 31–45 miles: $150

  • Delivery beyond 45 miles may be accommodated upon request for an additional fee.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including logos, designs, photos, and text—is the property of Bmore Sweets and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bmore Sweets is not liable for:

  • Any indirect or incidental damages resulting from use of our website or services

  • Delays due to circumstances outside of our control (e.g., weather, traffic, or power outages)

  • Reactions due to undisclosed allergies

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
